Robert
With an ever growing list of domestic soccer events being cancelled by the CSA due to a lack of funds, is there any reason for Canadian soccer supporters to fear that the CSA might be incapable of financing Canada's upcoming World Cup qualifying campaign? Adding fuel to these concerns is the matter of just exactly how much money the CSA is paying out for their bungling of the Fred Nykamp affair. I wonder how the CSA's corporate sponsors like BMO, Adidas, Sony, Telus, Yahoo, Hyundai, Tide, TEKK, Air Canada and Nutella feel about all the ways the CSA is managing to waste their sponsorship dollars? Joe MacCarthy
No, there will not be a WC Qualifying campaign, they will not be able to afford it. If a full compliment of CSA officials (at least 20) cannot afford to go to St Vincent and the Grenadiers or Trinidad and Tobacco there will be no reason to bother calling up players. You heard it here first. DNFTT
