Ian Kennett
Here is a list of players that I feel is a realistic squad for the U-23 qualifying. If I have missed anybody, or included somebody who may not belong, then, by all means, make mention. A handful of U-20 players are included, and there may well be debate over exact positions, Peters as F/M, for example. I am not familiar with the Montreal Impact young guns, so perhaps Daniel or another Impact fan can take a look. My method for predicting this squad? Of course, the usual conjecture, rumour, review, and other armchair coaching methodology which shall, for purposes of national security, remain secret. G Wagenaar, Rayner D Ledgerwood, Hainault, de Jong, Edgar, Britner, Sembaluk, Kambere M Gyaki, Rivas, Hemming, Schleer, Guzman, D'Agostino, Peters F O'Neal, Haber, Johnson, Ornoch, Uccello, Lombardo Cheers! MF: Gyaki, Jakovic, Rivas, Schleer, Guzman, Ornoch, D'Agostino, Peters, Johnson, Rosenlund, Gomez, DeJong(LB/LM), Lensky(LB/LM). F: O'Neill, Uccello, Lombardo, Sanchez, Gonsalves, Hoillet. Kye
Just gonna give my starting lineup: Wagener/Begovic Ramalho-------Hainault-------Edgar-----------Dejong --------------------Legerwood---------------------- Peters--------------Gyaki--------------------Lensky --------------------Johnson------------------------ --------------------Uccello------------------------ Id use a hybrid 4-4-2/4-5-1 system were Uccello is the main stricker and Johnson plays between the midfield and Uccello. RamR
Does getting capped for an Olympic team cap-tie a player to the NT?

Lomonty
I would put Simeon Jackson's name in this list his development is crucial and his form for Rushden and Diamonds is impressive. As for Lombardo I wouldn't waste a spot on him. I hope he proves me wrong but for a big man he can't use his size, gets out jumped all the time ( Chile game classic example) and his first touch is atrocious.
