The Guz on GolTV Sunday morning

Depor hosts Atl Madrid on Sunday and GolTV will have the match live, 11am EST.

Good stuff.

Oh, and GolTVs poll this week is a multiple choice for Favourite Canadian Soccer Moment of '07. Very even spread amongst the selections but "Going to watch TFC" is currently in the lead.

Voted for "Canada hosting the FIFA U20 WC" myself, but each to their own.

What are you crazy? I'd vote for Canada's performance at the 2007 Gold Cup.

Canada impressed everyone, even the commentators. This was the most encouraging

sign that we can play attractive, possession ball with Julian De Guzman showing

the way.

I'll be watching (and burning to DVD) the Deportivo match against Athletico

of course! Hope they have better luck in the standings soon.

I'll vote for that, too! ;)

Ahh. But you didn't freeze your arse off at Commonwealth for the Congo fixture did you? You'd vote differently if you'd been there, ****ty result or no. It was grand.

(Geez. Guy drives 20+ hours to go to Boston but won't fly 2 hours to Edmonton?)

No, but freezing my a** off was never a highlight for me. :D

I watched you guys on TV though.

If Canada got into the Gold Cup final, I would have flown/driven

to Chicago ...

I got kinda mad at that game because so many "fans" packed it in at the first sign of bad weather, like it was their kids' game in the park. Still a good experience though. Really felt the hypothermia coming on.
