Could Halifax support an MISL team ?

I'd think the Metro Centre would be a better fit. While there are teams drawing sub 3,500 a game in the league, it would be an awful tough go of it and it's debatable that any of those teams are anywhere near breaking even.

The Metro Centre has over 10,500 seats.

I'm not that familiar with Halifax, but I will suggest that any pro club that doesn't play at the Metro Centre, which is the premier venue in the city, won't be taken overly seriously as a pro club. For a prime indoor soccer example, look at the pitiful attendance the Edmonton Drillers had at their new venue in St. Albert. Traditionally, the team drew well, even last year. I think it's a really tough sell to convince fans you are legit when you're playing at a place like this.
