Gian-Luca
http://www2.sportsnet.ca/blogs/gerry_dobson/2007/09/06/sorting_out_sutton/ I recall Dobson reporting these events on the Gold Cup broadcasts, nice to know I wasn't imagining it. Mobiiiiiiiilio
Didn't really "sort things out" It was Sutton himself who was critical of the medical staff at the Gold Cup...he was the one quoted as not being pleased and the CSA should have their own doctor on staff at Internationals...other than that...nothing new and no update on his progress. Gian-Luca
I think the intention wasn't to sort out what his health situation currently is, but how the injury occurred (and how it was handled by the National team) in the first place. I think the revelation that the Doctor they used was frequently used by the US team & that Sutton wanted to play even against his team's wishes is new news. At least, it was to me.
