Bxl Boy Posted August 26, 2007 Share Posted August 26, 2007 I wonder the level difference between : - PCSL - CB provincial championship - (Future) PDL teams in the wes Is there some clear hierachy there ? If I understood well the CSL release, the CSL Open Cup semi-finalist is the CB provincial champion. Is that because PCSL isn't stronger ? Could all these teams play in the same championship ?
