analyst Posted July 20, 2007 Share Posted July 20, 2007 A great weekend tournament will be held this weekend in Richmond. The Nations Cup features teams in the open category, over 30's and over 38's. Teams enter as ethnic groups, Italian, Scottish, Indo, Fijian, German, African, etc, although some players get honorary weekend citizenships as teams stack up to try to win. VMSL and FVSL players who kick the sh_t out of each other during the winter end up as teammates on ethnic teams during the Nations Cup. Sunday's finals will probably be watched by almost 1,000 fans. analyst Posted July 22, 2007 Author Share Posted July 22, 2007 After the first two days, the Open Age Category teams who have won all their games are India, England, Italy, Carib, Croatia and Portugal.
