Thanks to Ceres who originally reported this in the MOACA thread. Issey moves from relegation to a middle table team. FCN have also signed Swedish offensive U-21 talent Marcus Pode, after losing Nordstrand to Atiba's FCK. Issey was sought for his techinical ability, offensive skill and versatility.
