River City
What I'm planning to do is once the season is over, is calculate the top 5 (or 10) scorers using different coefficients and then having everyone vote on it. Majority rules.
MM2
7.5 - 5 - Darko Kolic - Trois Rivieres Attak (CSL) According to the T-R website Kolic has 4, two one goal games and one two goal game.
River City
My bad as I had incorrectly written down Danny Anderson's goal on May 27 as Kolic. For provincial leagues (AMSL included) I will wait until I receive official standings from the Leagues unless anyone wishes to pm me with update stats. rdf
This season teams from NB and PEI are competing the Nova Scotia Soccer League Premiership, yet I see no stats from that league included in your golden shoe standings. check out the current stats at http://www.nssoccerleague.ca/league_leaders.php?schedule_id=9117&league_id=1917&league_id=1917&type=goals As for placing twice the value on CIS goals over goals in Provincial Leagues, I guess you haven't watched much of either league lately. River City
Thanks rdf. With the league finishing up on August 19, I was going to wait until then to post the scorers. And you are correct in that I haven't watched any NSSL games. As for the points, at the end of the season, we will need to do a vote on the scoring points system. chaman
2.0 pts for MLS & 1.5 for USL and 1.0 for other is good, if you check the results in US open Cup the level wityh USL and MLS is very little.
