There is some concern that Benitez signing Voronin is his ticket out, some feel it is a bit early to do away with him as he is of course a legend at Anfield. In any case they have a lot of attackers now and it is logical that someone like Fowler, with few minutes and mostly vs. weaker opponents, might look for another option. Apparently Steve Nicol told the press association the New England Revs were talking to fowler but his agent is kiboshing that and has suggested MLS can't afford him.
