He's totally unproven, but at this late stage there was no way a total newcomer would be able to come in & assess the talent we have available. At least Nick will have some familiarity. jpg75 Posted December 20, 2007 Share Posted December 20, 2007 If there's one thing going for us it's that most of our best players at this age are with clubs in top flight leagues, but are NOT playing first team football. Hence, we might have a shot at getting a number of them released. If we can get one of either Wagenaar or Begovic (or both) combined with Hemming, Edgar, Brittner/Peetom, Ramalho, Gyaki, Peters...after that it's pretty much who's available to play forward.
