JamesW
Gaucho, I don't think anyone here gets ESPN. But we all have the internet.
Winnipeg Fury
No Stalteri in the Tottenham squad (or on bench), as they play Arsenal and lose. Hastings plays full match for Inverness as they battle Motherwell in the SPL. Thistle lose 1-0 on a 90 min penalty. Radzinski enters the match for Fulham in the 64 minute, as Fulham lost to Blackburn in the EPL.
JamesW
Tomasz Radzinski will start the Blackburn vs. Fulham game on the bench. Kevin McKenna will of course start for Energie Cottbus as they take on Hannover 96.

Begovic got his first pro win (I don,t think he won a game in Belgium) as Macclesfield won 2-1 in the FA Cup.
Informer
Marcina is once again in the starting lineup as the speedstar striker looks to lift the knights to victory against the newcastle jets.
Ivan
Seems the only goal conceded by Begovic was an OG.

Cheeta
Morning, Rob Friend on the bench & Jonathon de Guzman on the pitch at the De Kuip in Rotterdam. Just started the 2nd half, Feyenoord-1 Heerenveen-1. A Heerenveen victory would allow the club to leap-frog Feyenoord into 5th place (on goals difference). Rhian Dodds came on in the 77th for Steve Naismith to trot out the finish as Kili crush bottom feeders Dunfermline at Rugby Park 5-1.

loyola
Wow, Friend is making a case for himself. Good to see Johnson coming in as well, that 2 or 3 canadians MNT players on the pitch.

CanadianSoccerFan
Not sure how long Begovic's loan is for but Macclesfield drew an away trip to Chelsea in the FA cup third round and manager Paul Ince has stated the regular keeper will not be ready in time. Also of note Leicester drew a home match with Fulham.
Bertuzzi44
quote:Originally posted by Jamit Why are people happy when de Guzman scores? Because he's a Canadian... and if he HAD to choose a country to play for today, his only option would be Canada. I know he might not play for Canada, but until he puts on a dutch jersey I'll still support him. It can only help our cause!
George
There was no Canadian vs. "Canadian" drama in today's Panionios vs. PAOK Greek Superleague match. Daniel did not play for PAOK. I wonder if this means he is on the move?
Guest Jeffery S.
Daniel had accumlated enough yellows this season to merit a game suspension, no other reason for him not playing for Paok.
loyola
Wagenaar played the whole game as ADO reserves won 3-0 against Emmen reserves.
marktci
Stalteri on the bench today for Spurs against Boro. Begovic starts in goal for Macclesfield against Rochdale. Edit: Begovic backstops 10-man Macclesfield to a 1-0 win. Stalteri stays on the bench in a 2-1 Spurs win.
