Blue and White Army Posted June 6, 2006 Share Posted June 6, 2006 Hampton & Richmond Borough of the Ryman Isthmian League Premier Division in England recently held their end-of-season dinner and awards ceremony. Elliott Godfrey picked up Fans' Player of the Year, and fellow Canadian striker Jon Henry-Hayden picked up Sportsman of the Year. Additionally, Ian Hodges (23), scorer of 26 goals for Slough Town (also of the Ryman Premier) last season has been signed to a contract with Hampton, and will provide a bit more competition for the starting spots up front for this coming season. Once again, I plan to co-ordinate donations to sponsor Elliot Godfrey for the coming season, and if there's significant interest, for Jon Henry-Hayden as well.
