Elaine
^Sigma, I think you meant if Sudbury will be improved this year, right? Ottawa won 6-0 over Sudbury today.
DJT
Annie Hamel scored 3 goals, and Leah Robinson (PK), Amy Vermeulen and Rhian Wilkinson scored the others. Sudbury won 1 game in their inaugural year of 2004, scoring 1.07 goals per game and giving up 5.50. In 2005 they won 3 games, scoring the same number of goals but reducing their goals against drastically to 3.57 per game. I say if they can continue to decrease their average margin of loss, and in particular score more goals, then that would have to be considered a success at this point, even if they don't improve their point total and lose almost all their games. While that Vermont score doesn't look too good, as posted above Sudbury lost their previous games in Ottawa 11-0 in 2004 and 8-0 in 2005, so 6-0 in 2006 is another improvement.
