De Rosario second in MLS MVP vote

Well, congrats to Derosario. He's had a fine year despite a very slow start, and I'm proud of how he's developing. I hope he can carry his new strengths to the National side--I am confident that he will--and would love to see a midfield with Derosario, Deguzman, Hutch and Grande.

Agreed. Great year for DeRo, keep up the good work!

..plus, was there any doubt the American int'l would take it? I think not...

Last year a Honduran international was MLS MVP. That said I do think DeRosario was MLS' best player this year. Twellman is a fringe US international. Unless there are mass injuries or he goes on a goal scoring tear for the national team I doubt he will make the world cup squad. If DeRosario were American he'd be a candidate for the right mid spot. I'm 100% sure he will make the MLS best 11 team.
