Spain friendly not on front page of CSA site

Did anyone notice how there is no mention of the Spain friendly on the front page of the CSA site? There is no article (actually there are only two articles about this match anywhere on the site, the most recent being over a week old), the match is not listed in the "Upcoming Games" box at the bottom right (nor in the page that comes up when you click on "more" or "Upcoming Events" in the menu at the top left), the match is not listed in the calendar at the top right (today's date is not highlighted to indicate that there is an event taking place), there is just no mention of the match on the front page at all. This is the situation about 3.5 hours prior to kickoff, and it's been this way since the last article was bumped off the front page. The only way to know that there is a match is to look at the news archives.

Makes you wonder if OUR OWN ASSOCIATION knows if there is actually a game!... "Oh really we are playing against one of the best teams in the world? How about that!"

Way to go CSA......and zero media coverage to boot. Maybe some people should resign or get fired over these continued embarrassments. Do these people even follow soccer. They don't have to but at least do your jobs. At least get the media involved and excited, just don't send out a silly media release and leave it at that. Get on the phone to SportsNet. If it can't be shown live, then maybe let people know why, then people can rally and pressure so it doesn't happen next time. Just keep people informed CSA, if you are doing your best then tell the people so they know. But is this your best?? And it will happen next time, again and again....

How many people do each of us know that knew about this game. A handful.

I pretty sure the CSA website only exists because certain persons feel that the CSA HAS to have a website. Dosen't mean, and I think it's quite evident, that the powers that be view it as market tool.

So it gets under utilised, under funded, and a back shelf priority.

All horrible mistakes in my opinion. And I think most any successful businessman will tell you the same.

Or they just wanted to hide the shame of a forth coming slaughter which never happened and now they're scrambling. (But that scenario would require some fore thought so it's unlikely).
