David C.
To my knowledge, it is simply pronounced JAY-MEE but I could be wrong.

bettermirror
i guess jaime isn't a popular name in the UK, eh? it is here.
Timotas
I think they were confused because of the way he spells it. Jaime instead of Jamie. Jamie is a pretty popular name in England, to my understanding.

Daniel
Pronounced Jamie. There.
MikeD
Jay-mee Jay as in "Look at the Blue Jay"; mee as in "Look at me." Pronounce it like Jamie - the only difference is that our boy (or his parents, I suppose) switched around the 'm' and the 'i'. (Whenever I use Google to look for news on Jaime, I spell it both ways because a lot of journalists get it wrong and spell it "Jamie".)
