Alberto
http://www.cavese.it/argomenti/link01.htm dated July 14th, 2005 According to this site There is a good chance that Rocco Placentino is moving to Real Manfredomia in C1 according to his agent. Unless Cavese is promoted to C1 he may make the jump to Manfredonia. http://www.acsansovino.com/ Uccello of course has signed with Monte Sansovino http://www.usluceracalcio.it/html/phpnews/view.php?id=612 No news on Franco Lalli after being released from Lucera calcio June 16th, 2005 Lombardo is expected to remain on the Atalanta primavera team for a second year no official news yet. http://www.occhei.it/monterotondocalcio/news.aspx David Masciantonio from Ac Monterotondo is a 99 % chance he will remain with his team of last year. Massive Attack
Thank you for the updates Alberto. Do you have any idea how strong Cavese's chances of moving up to C1 are? I know Gela, the team that Cavese lost to in the playoff finals, is having inscription problems, but I can't find any news on this. Rocco must have impressed Manfredonia during the last season, as they were the team that finished first in C2C.

I think their chances are good as 5 teams are need to complete the 18 team list at this moment. However there are many teams still to be looked at to fill these spots. Some say the have registered some have not so who knows at this time but it will soon come out. Well im sure that impression are good but I think this is what he wants to do provided ther is a team that wants him at this moment in time its only speculation that it could be Manfredonia according to his agent not the club as no mention about him coming. Alberto
Today Coni will discuss the future of Cavese to be inculded in C1 but apparently Cavese offically have annouced that they will start there season in C2C and not C1. They may have pulled out there request from CONI. If this is the case maybe soon you may here that Rocco Placentino may either transfer to a C1 or remain in Cavese for a another season. Still no word on others on the list confirmation. Just IN------- It appears Rocco is on a list of departure with Cavese and will not be with Cavese next season. Maybe much sooner then later a annoucement will be made from a team in C1. Im sure there will be gossip about this move freely on the internet very very soon. Massive Attack
Thanks for the info Alberto. I guess Cavese decided it wasn't worth jumping to C1 considering they have their own financial problems that they only recently took care of. I hope Rocco can move up to C1 though. He had a really good season with Cavese, scoring a bunch of goals as an AM and receiving quite a few Man of the Match awards. He deserves a chance to move up. Alberto
Still no offical word on Rocco Placentino howevber he is not included on the Cavese teams roster for the 2005/2006. No word from his agent however at this time going to Manfredonia as they have pretty well filled their spots on their squad as well for the 2005/2006 season. So it just may be that he will heading out to some other C1 team the suspences continues. Still no mention on Lalli Di Sano.
