Managing director Mike Harris was ready to sound out Everton about playing the game at Goodison Park on 19 or 20 July. But a Uefa spokesman said: "The match has to be played in the territory where the club comes from." Uefa says a decision on a venue must be made on Wednesday, with the game likely to go ahead at The Racecourse, Wrexham. The Uefa spokesman added: "Moving this match to Everton is simply not possible." A precise date and kick-off time have still to be agreed, with officials from the Welsh club hoping to secure extra funding through live television coverage. However, it has been confirmed the first leg will take place at Anfield on Tuesday, July 12. ------------------------------------------------------ So much for Mike Harris's attempt at a Common Sense Revoloution:)
