Hooper, Aguiar, Dasovic, Miller...all combative ball winners, who is the guy to link defence with attack? That great Hargreaves, that's who! Greating traitor! Could have been Canada's best ever, instead he's mincing around Munich with a bad accent. "Well, me dad's English ya know." Great! Is that slow boat to China still docked? canso
Wow, nothing kills a thread faster than talk of the traitor! Sorry for the outburst. To get it fully out of my system, here's the team of Canso's all time least favorite, most dissapointing, most treacherous and generally deshpicable Canadian soccer players. They are all greats! --------Onstad------- --Fletcher--Parker-- Imhof---Aguiar-----Jazic ---Aunger---Hargreats ----Xausa-----Radzinski ---------Belotte Therapy. And, to clarify, the slow boat is not necessarily leaving for China. It is docked at the port of Vancouver, but its destination is a little dubious. By the look of the boat, I doubt it'll even get into international waters. Let's hope the passengers know how to swim in frigid Pacific waters. Does the Whore swim? loyola
Hasting and Fenwick should be on that team.

canso
Right, as does Corazzin for his goals in the same tournament. I don't hate Corazzin the man, but Corazzin the substitution.

YES!!!... so I'm not the only one who noticed that although Hargreaves barely spends any time in england, and was RAISED in Canada (the first 16 years of his life- you should know english by then) he apparently has an english accent?!?!? I was dumbfounded when I saw an interview with him after the fist Bayern/Chelsea match!! *sigh*!

canso
he apparently has an english accent?!?!? As does Lennox Lewis and Greg Rusedski...and that guy from Green Day! It would be nice for the FXSW commentators to try and fake a British accent though...American voices doing commentary for a footy match just makes it unwatchable for me. I'd even take Gerry Dobson over that guy who does the MLS matches! Might work on faking it meself. Thinkin a bit of Cockney might get the old leg up wot! The birds over ere get right nice for a bit o limey. Know what I mean guv?!
