MM
Weather Sunny, 10C Windy Field surface artificial (the old astro) Football markings Stand on west side About 250-300 fans Lynx arrived late (game started one hour late) Score 3-0 Toronto Toronto definitely the better team. Defence was solid Much better at transition game then St. Anthony Very good moving the ball in tight spaces Toronto was wearing Grey shirts, no numbers on the back, small # in front. Full roster announced before the game, but no numbers, so it was hard to identify the players as I'm not familiar with Toronto players. #10 scored in first 10 minutes, Gerba missed PK at around 15. Zagar and Goddard had an easy night, only chance for St.Anthony was a long chip over Goddard that glanced off the post.
dalglish07
Did Huffman Eja Tabe play for Lynx? Former St. Ant's player. Anyone know? Curious how he is doing with the Lynx. Thanks
jordan
He played the last 30 minutes, he did well i thought, i thought he played better then Dodds played. Huff has really improved since moving to Toronto.
The Big Smoke
Too bad we can't get a better account on the games (i.e. formations, who started, etc.). Disappointing result on Saturday, don't think the Sunday result matters much given the competition. VERY DISAPPOINTED at learning that both games started late... not a good sign (not very professional). Opening double header coming up quickly!!! dalglish07
I would be interested to know why they were late. If you are charging people to watch the least you could do is start on time. 1 hour wait to see the 2nd string play St. Ant's for $7. No thanks. I too would like to know the formation, lineups, etc.
MM
Jeremie Piette was part of the roster announced prior to the game, anything official on him signing with Toronto?
