jordan
Den Bosch have handed a trial to Canadian keeper Wojtek Zarzycki. The Brabant club are seeking a replacement for Kris Mampaey and have opted to take a look at the former Calgary Storm custodian. The 22-year-old has links to Europe, having been on the books of Werder Bremen, and is looking for a new club having spent last term with Sydney Crescent Star in Australia. "We just want to take a look at the boy," Den Bosch director of football Fred van der Hoorn told Brabants Dagblad. Former Sheffield Wednesday star Regi Blinker is Zarzycki's agent and he is looking to secure his client a move. "The last two years he has played in the Australian competition for Sydney," said Blinker. "He has had his education in the youth of Werder Bremen and subsequently lived and played football all over the world. "Now he is looking forward to finding a club in Europe." Desigol
He must have a Polish Pasasport with that name. If so, then he doesn't need a Work Permit.
Winnipeg Fury
I thought we had seen the last of our former U-20 goalie. I'm glad he hasn't packed it in. Best of luck to him.
jordan
From Sky sports Den Bosch have opted against following up their interest in striker Bernardo Vasconcelos and keeper Wojtek Zarzycki. The pair were handed trials by Den Bosch over the last seven days, but neither did enough to make a positive impression on the club's coaching team. Portuguese forward Vasconcelos was expected to prove himself, having played well for RKC Waalwijk last term, but the club felt he was not fit enough to do himself justice. Canadian keeper Zarzycki worked under goalkeeping coach Jan van Grinsven, but he did not do enough to merit a contract offer from Den Bosch. "He did not do enough to persuade us he was worthy of a contract," Den Bosch sporting director Fred van der Hoorn told Brabants Dagblad. "Jan van Grinsven had a big say in this and he was not persuaded."
