bettermirror
well, we aren't alone in our immense disappointment at being knocked out of the world cup at this early stage. China have been eliminated by....wait for it.... Kuwait! on goal differential. 15 goals for 2 against for Kuwait. 14 goals for 1 against for china. Kuwait advance on goals for! Amazing stuff, eh? Yeah, I can only imagine the frantic scenes in Kuwait and China on this day. China was up 5-0 in their game at one point while -at the same moment - Kuwait was stuck in a 1-1 draw with Malaysia. China must have thought they were thru for sure at that point, but then Kuwait suddenly scores 5 goals in just over 30 minutes to change everything. Both were 100% legitimate results. Keep in mind, Malaysia played most of the match with 10-men so losing by 5 goals isn't that shocking. China missed a penalty in the 75th minute of their match, which ended-up being the difference, so they have nobody to blame but themselves.
