Sadly, it shows how highly popular the sport is in this country. Let's face folks, If Soccer was the #1 or #2 sport in this nation, heads would roll in the csa, but since it is like 8th or 9th...the average canadian sports fan doesn't care.

Those internet polls only prove how stupid people really are.

I saw one on TSN or Sportsnet asking for the best Canadian Hockey Team of all time. The choices were the '72 team, all the winning Canada Cup teams and the team that won was the Team that went to the Japanese Olympics and didn't win a medal.
