The lease is: - $10,000/year for use of the stadium. - 50 cents surcharge on all non-season tickets. - $1 on all parking concessions. The pitfall is the need to find a new name for the park as the Telus deal was voided by the sale of the Trappers. Anything on the leases for the other A-League teams?
