Massive Attack
Well, I need a diversion from my WCQ depression: Feliz Brillant came on in the 82nd minute as New England lost 1-0 to San Jose. San Jose was obviously missing its 2 Canadians. New England doesn't play again until Sep. 11 so Felix is a possible replacement for our World Cup roster. Dandal
A great performance from Kenny Stamatopoulos could not help Enköping from going down 0-1 at home against Norrköping in swedish 1st division yesterday, Enköping playing with only 10 for the last 60 minutes. Enköping is now in real danger to suffer their second relegation in a row (last year from the premier) - they are only 1 point away from the relegation line and 3 from last placed team. ESK couldn't buy a goal over the last two years. I wonder what Kenny will do if they drop ?
Guest Ed
Nik Ledgerwood got on for the last 25 minutes last weekend as his 1860 Muenchen reserves defeated Hoffenheim 2-0 in the Regional League south. Much anticipated derby against FC Bayern's amateurs this coming weekend.
