bettermirror
the lynx will get their grasshopper. obviously they will play in the new stadium in toronto. it will attract fans and it will allow for higher salaries, thus better players, thus more talent! you are abandoning the club after a victory like that k-head? wow, i hope your reasons are great (hypothetical statement/question)
G-Man
quote:Originally posted by Krammerhead The only shame is the loss of revenue from food sales etc. I agree Krammerhead. They should have the game at 11am have a school day at the pitch get 5,000 kids at 5 bucks a pop, each on average spending 5 bucks on food sales... That's 50 grand or 5 Toronto Lynx players seasons pay

Controversy in Montreal as Rochester had what seemed to be a good goal called back (ruled not over the line). A Rochester player was ejected in the ensuing chaos. No change in the score. About 5 minutes remaining, but the aforementioned chaos wasted at least 4 minutes.

After watching the play several more times, including frame-by-frame, I'm no longer sure that it was a good goal. It is very difficult to be sure.
