Winnipeg Fury
Levein pleased with tour Craig Levein has declared the club's first trip to Canada for 10 years a success and has spoken of his desire to return to the country again. He has seen his side remain unbeaten over three games ending in a draw with FA Cup finalists Millwall. Levein said: "We are really pleased - we worked extremely hard, and they did as we asked. "We are away a week earlier than normal. We usually go for a week to work on team shape and so on after the main fitness work. "Because we are a week earlier the focus was on boosting our fitness and it has worked very well. We look very strong, and we still have three weeks to go before the season starts. "We would consider coming back to Canada, because everything you need is here. The weather is superb and facilities are great. This is as good a trip as any pre-season trip we have been on."
