For Canada, and if all the favourites advance:

(home team listed first)

August 18: Canada vs. Guatemala; Costa Rica vs. Honduras

September 4/5: Guatemala vs. Costa Rica; Canada vs. Honduras

September 8: Honduras vs. Guatemala; Costa Rica vs. Canada

October 9/10: Costa Rica vs. Guatemala; Honduras vs. Canada

October 13: Guatemala vs. Honduras; Canada vs. Costa Rica

November 17: Guatemala vs. Canada; Honduras vs. Costa Rica

Any ideas where the Canada games will be played, I know September 4/5 will probably be in Edmonton.

How about August 18, October 13?

This is also being discussed in another thread:

May I politely suggest that everyone take a look at other threads (at least those appearing on the first page of each section, but using the search feature is also a good idea) before posting questions. All of the questions asked in this thread are hot topics right now and there are already other highly active threads in which they are being discussed. We don't want a whole bunch of threads on the same topic active at the same time because they take up space, make discussion more difficult, and are repetitive for readers.
