Winnipeg Fury
Let's go with the two game aggregate score: I'll go with Canada on a 7-0 aggregate victory.

Paddy
Hi, At least 4-0 per game. Anything less will require some serious tuning. Paul

Alberto7
Aren't you all overdoing it a bit? Doesn't anyone remember the Gold Cup game against Martinique? We shouldhave won that one by at least 3 goals but we did not muster much because we were overconfident and therefore did not play basic soccer. I see it as a more modest score line. 2-0 for both games for an aggregate of 4-0.
The Beaver
You guys are setting yourselves up for massive disappointment. Most of your predictions are simply not realistic. Remember: this Yallop squad has only played two games together, and one of those games was abbreviated by a good 15 minutes. My prediction: Game One: 2 - 0 Canada Game Two: 2 - 1 Canada Aggie: 4 - 1 Canada
Guest Ed
This game will be a repeat of the USVI in Olympic qualifying. I'll go a baker's dozen on aggregate, 13-0. Make it 13-1 with Onstad starting. Forgot my big smiley.
redhat
Yeah, most of us are just having fun with scores ... Canada 3-0, 2-1 ... 5-1 aggregate. No disrespect to Belize, its citizens, players, or its fans, but this IS a Canadian board. Canada has not forgotten the Cuba game and Belize isn't Martinique (whose players pretty much play in the French 1st and 2nd divisions).
Alex
I had a dream last night, in that dream Canada won 7-1. That was the second game. The first game Belize had us tied 3-3..... I think the first game will be a much closer score line than the second because it will take a bit for us to click. But Belize will not score 3 goals, no way. It will be more like 2-0 or 2-1 in on Sunday then 4 or 5-0 Wednesday.
Dante79
Yea it will be quite easy for Canada.....I read that players from Belize are semipro and have to have a second job! anyways am all set to celebrate the two Canadian wins on sunday and wedsday! denilsonfc
Game 1: 3-0 Canada (radzinski 2, stalteri 1) Game 2: 2-0 Canada (dd 1, hume 1) Agg: 5-0 Canada The game won't be played on tv right? If so, which channel what time?
RS
Both games are on TV. The first one is tape-delayed by 30 minutes, and the Wednesday game is live (I can't remember the exact time, but I think it's 7pm EDT). Both games are on Rogers Sportsnet. Rocket Robin
I've got a juicier one. Canada wins by default as the Belize team forfeits. Don't know if it's true but journalist Rick Boulton heard the rumour from someone else. Supposedly the Belize FA is in disarray with their players. If FIFA throws them out, it wouldn't seem to bother them. And now I'll return to the club teams forum. Have a nice time debating this one!! Mimglow
My buddy Paul, who is coming to Kingston with us, called me and said that on last night's Global News, they mentioned that the Canada-Bélize match might not go ahead because Bélize might not show up. I'll call the CSA right now to get info. Hopefully they were simply misinformed.
Mimglow
Okay, just got off the phone with Rich, from the CSA communications department. They are aware of the report on Global News last night, but insist that as far they know (and they do, since they are paying for Bélize's way), that there is no such issue, and that the games are going ahend as planned. Good news!

Good news! It is funny that Belize supposedly has not landed in Canada at an airpot at least three hours from Kingston, if they have to play on Sunday afternoon. CSA is the last place we will hear the news from, as anyone aware of that orgasnization knows. Even if the CSA communications guy KNEW that Belize weren't coming, he would deny any such problem , until the organization would decide how to put the right spin on it. I suspect that the Belize team has probably quietly arrived on a filght to Toronto via Miami or Houston, and has quietly blended in with the airport crowds (lots of Carribeans in Toronto), and have taken their bus bound for some motel in the Kingston area. Any forfeit would be very lamentable for the Canadian team and its supporters. The team needs to get its teeth into the WCQ's before the real tests start in the semis on August 18. The team has not played in Canada for 4 years, and the fans are antsy. Especially bad for our supporters as far away as BC for the matches, they would really be screwed.
