The public address announcer said 38th minute (which caused me to cheer even more wildly than I did for the goal itself, much to the confusion of the Belizean fans sitting in front of me in the east stand ). Then I saw the CSA match report and the Neil Davidson articles today which said that Pesch's goal was in the 39th minute and I thought "oh, I guess I was off by one." Then I saw the FIFA match report of fifaworldcup.com, which says it was the 38th minute. (I went there to pick a Belizean player and random to be their first one carded, but decided to go with their captain again since I have no idea if their coach will make any other changes.) http://fifaworldcup.yahoo.com/06/en/t/mr/mr35948.html Anyway, there seems to be a conflict here on the time of the first goal. By the way, the deadling for submitting your picks is Wednesday at Noon Eastern (I got it wrong in my original post). I'm going with 39th minute for the time of goal, because I looked over to the score board when they scored (running the pool, I've kinda developped an instinct for it).
