bettermirror Posted January 12, 2004 Share Posted January 12, 2004 there is already a PCSL. if the CPSL moved west they'd have to take over that league, or both would be watered down. all the best western talent plays in the PCSL and vancouver metro soccer leagues. both leagues include a TONNE of university players who would not be able to play in a CPSL west. that said, having two semi-pro all-canadian leagues would be brilliant and you'd see an influx of players from other provinces, plus surely you'd see a national championship - even if it doesn't involve the a-league teams.
