Daniel
Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu just completed the indoor portion of a vast soccer complex. It has a full-sized indoor Astroplay field which has been reviewed and approved by FIFA (no clue why they need this). FIFA evaluation cost was apparently 30,000$, put forward by Astroplay themselves. http://www.fifa.com/en/development/quality/details,concacaf,3.html Interesting that of the 11 artificial installations in Concacaf recommended by FIFA, 5 are Canadian and 4 of those are in the Montréal region. I also believe that the new Concordia field would pass if they applied. A complex is apparently in the works in Laval, north of Montréal.
Cheeta
Small pitch. Low roof. No fan seating? One side maybe? Pretty damn neat otherwise.

Daniel
Let's hope that these year-round training centres will prove good for the development of Québec players, few of which have turned pro, gone to Europe or feature prominently on national teams.
