TRIPOLI (NB) - Late last week Canadian midfielder Sandro Grande came to terms with Libyan second division club Al-Shat. This is Grande's first contract after being released from Serie A club Brescia after last season. While at Brescia, he had difficulty breaking into the reserve squad. His playing time limited, Grande was forced to follow the long and winding path of Italian lower division soccer.
