Voyageurs travelling to Foxboro for WWC?

I received a call and an e-mail from the sales manager for a hotel in Foxboro (14 miles from the stadium - walking distance for certain Voyageurs! ). She is trying to get fans who are going to the WWC to register at their hotel.

This is good for two reasons:

1. If they're interested in getting fans, they may offer reasonable rates, and they may also be able to provide services like a shuttle to the stadium. They're from one of the big chains (Radisson) and they are often able to provide services like that, especially if we ask in advance.

2. The Voyageurs are again being recognized as a group. I'm not sure how she got my contact info--I'm assuming it was from the VCup but I don't know how a hotel got hold of it--but it's nice to see that outside groups are taking notice of us, even if it's just to sell us crap.

Anyhow, I'm waiting for further information from the Radisson, and I'll post it under this thread for anyone who's interested.

Btw, the more organized we get, the easier it becomes to actually approach these kinds of things, instead of waiting for them to come to us...
