Joe05 Posted July 21, 2003 Share Posted July 21, 2003 Did anyone see the artist's drawings for the propsed stadium on Sportsworld? I thought the layout looked ideal. Seats very close to the pitch, with a 10,000 seat covered stand. I'm not too crazy about the corners of the stadium being open, but I think it works. Moosehead Posted July 22, 2003 Share Posted July 22, 2003 I don't want to be too negative, but to me for the 84 million price tag the stadium doesn't jump out at you as a gem. They seem to have combined a covered stand concept with an open air concept and there a gaps in between the stands. I still think being 6 meters from the pitch is too far away.
