Mimglow
I predict that our little pool could become quite popular, and I have created a web page for it and future editions of it. You can find the webpage at http://members.rogers.com/mimglow/ Deadline for tomorrow's match is Sunday at 10 am eastern. Good luck! matthew
Sigma, I had COMPLETELY forgotten about that. None of my guys could score and then a guy like Pesch gets red carded and suddenly I was in negative points. It was fun though. I feel like making predictions is bad karma, so I probably won't take part in this, but it's a good idea Mimglow. Attendance guesses are always good times at home games too. cheers, matthew The secret of life is to find moments of levity and grace in what is, ultimately, a tragedy. Watching Canadian soccer is good practice for this.

Cheeta
Looks like Mimglow's pool web page is painting Frings and Dasovic in an unflatering light!!! Wonder why that is? Minority of one
Gian-Luca
Dasovic I can understand (after all, I picked him as well ), but you're right, I'm curious as to why everyone else is picking on Torsten Frings. Granted, it was the first edition of this new Voyageur pool. Woo hoo! I was cursing the television when the Germans got their fourth goal, as it ruined my 3-1 prediction, but I guess I pulled through anyway. I'd like to thank the Academy and plain dumb luck for my victory. Thanks for running the contest; I look forward to the Gold Cup sequel. And damn you Torsten Frings, for not getting that yellow card!
