Gian-Luca
This was posted by Olafgb on bigsoccer.com - a German fan with no bias in favour of Canada, making his comments even more interesting IMO: Canizales is an interesting striker with talent for more. He's playing pretty good for Werder's reserves. In Bremen he's usually at the right place to move up to the pros, but they have enough good strikers (Ailton, Charisteas, Daun - latter one only on loan for one further season) and in the reserves he has Paraguayan Nelson Haedo-Valdez ahead of him. The German roster will be announced next Monday. "All them rock & roll writers are the worst kind of sleaze, selling punk like some new kind of English disease. Is that the wave of the future? Canuck Oranje
Would be a nice jesture for Holger to play him up front in the Germany game... Might actually do wonders for his career if he does well..
Gian-Luca
I wouldn't be surprised if Canizalez starts, & will be shocked if he's not played at all. George
Didn't Canizales score against Libya? He also had a decent game against the US, right? Why not give him a start! A pretty move, for the love of God."
Canuck Oranje
A good game in Germany might be enough to get him on Bremen's A squad.
