Seriously, mate. Grow up. You wanted your own thread to critique attendance figures. You got it but it’s not this one…..at least not anymore. Do you seriously want to have someone have to start another thread for attendance figures and then have someone else change the name of this one to critiquing attendance figures so you get some hollow victory out of it. How old are you? Do you get some joy from that? Some tiny emotion win. What happened to you as a child to make you this way? I am sure that if you persist this is what will happen. If that is what it takes to get you some joy out of life, well done and then go back to your miserable life in the real world. -

Not to be argumentative but there have been amazing rumours for a couple of years now. And not one of them have panned out With JD able to move on a free next year we could easily be looking at yet another season of him not being found by teammates while constantly making runs into good spaces. I also think a club like Napoli isn’t a compromise. Yeah he can be lethal - but he can also disappear from games offensively. Maybe some of that is on the club but he didn’t exactly impose himself as an offensive force against Villa. I think it’s a stretch to think he deserves a move to a club bigger and better than Napoli. And if he did get one, we might find that he isn’t getting the sort of playing time we hoped for a la Tajon. -
Much of the tactical comments are debatable, but dead horse and all. Even if we want to give him a "fine" on the tactical side, the more concerning issue was the team morale and absence of "running through brick walls" we were seeing earlier. That era had clearly passed. That might explain the players dropping a level in quality, focus and intensity. Herdman's last 10 were 4W 4L and 2D. One could say we lost the matches we should have lost, but we also tied some matches we should have won. Biello stands at 2 and 2. We can also say expected results, cause we know Jamaica is a much improved team to what we saw in WCQ. So, I feel we haven't really fixed or improved anything with Biello. We turned the page but have yet to see tactical win and morale hit new highs. 100%. -

My concern with JH was never about preparation or tactical planning for a game. He seemed pretty meticulous in that respect. The biggest piece for me - and an element that I think we truly need in a coach - is the ability to be flexible and make in-game adjustments. That is an area where I never really saw John display strength. We would occasionally make adjustments but it seemed pre-planned and sometimes even a bit tone-deaf to the ebb and flow of the actual game unfolding at the time. Kudos to him for ensuring we always went into a game with a clear plan. But there have been numerous times where that plan was clearly not working the way we had hoped and I never really saw us respond and adjust in a way that stemmed the bleeding. And especially in the international game, where single tournament or qualification games can have significant impacts, that is a pretty essential quality. -
Lets take 2023 for example. Matches played: KM 10 SV 7.5 DC 4 ZM 3.5 SK 3 AJ 3 MB 2.5 KH .25 JW 0 LM 0 Every single match given to SV after the WC was a complete waste of development time. 3 for AJ at CB who had absolutely nothing left to prove at CB. He did well enough, but we know that is not what we want or what we need to develop. 0 for LM and JW. We needed to see more of these guys, as well as a mix/combination of the players above. Its very difficult to judge a CB from a couple of matches over 12 months in different setups with different partners. We really need to look at their recent club work to have a better picture what we're dealing with.
