The article seems to say that they tested positive upon arriving at the bubble.  I didn't get the impression that they caught the virus while in the bubble.  The bubble itself might be working well, but getting there healthy seems to be a big problem.

Assuming it's de Brienne it would be where they're playing currently. They would be really digging deep to find a guy who's actually from Fredericton, but there's six players from Ottawa playing for UNB this year (Ben-Orel Mugisha played for them last year, and Lars Gierull, Ryan Jetten, Luke Rosettani, Olivier Menard and Andrew Ward joined this year). As for Windsor, maybe Noah Pio? On the other hand, the Toronto player being delayed would make sense if they were an overseas-based player from Toronto who had to wait to get back because of travel restrictions, like Simeon Jackson perhaps, particularly since listing their place of departure as Stevenage or even London might be a bit of a giveaway

He was also being played out of position as a winger, if i recall. He's not nearly fast enough for that position and it showed.

If there's a fifty-fifty ball and you want the other player carried out on a stretcher, then Piette's your guy but in virtually all other parts of the game, Eustaquio is a better player.

Larin was super highly rated, way more hyped than Theo.  He was on everyone’s radar.  Let’s not forget that on Larin’s age 20 season he scored 18 goals in MLS.  Theo is probably going to be a backup in his age 20 season.
